Making AI a company-wide competency, not just a buzzword.

QuintoAndar — Brazil's leading proptech — wanted to accelerate AI adoption across the entire organization, not just in tech. The goal was ambitious: turn AI into a transversal capability, accessible and applicable to all teams, from operations to product to sales.

The challenge was balancing technical depth with practical relevance — and doing it in a way that sparked a genuine culture shift, not just checkbox training.

what we did

Three complementary tracks. One cohesive AI school.

Company-wide AI maturity diagnostic combining self-assessment and factual questions. Evaluated dimensions: Creativity, Strategy, Leadership, and AI Culture. Delivered a consolidated report with prioritization recommendations.

7-week hands-on program for 32 key contributors. Workshops on chatbots, n8n automations, intelligent agents, and Firebase prototyping — culminating in a Demo Day with 10 live projects.

Open workshops and talks for the whole company — practical cases, first steps, and ethical use of AI. Designed to create broad awareness and accelerate everyday adoption at scale.
