500
Scaling AI fluency across 500 people in a pharma giant - without losing relevance.
the challenge
AI fluency at scale, without losing relevance.
Eurofarma — one of Latin America's largest pharmaceutical companies — wanted to go beyond generic AI awareness. The goal: build real AI competency across radically different departments, from Legal and Regulatory to Marketing and HR.
The challenge was making each sprint feel tailor-made for the audience — a lawyer reviewing contracts has nothing in common with a marketer building campaigns — while maintaining methodological consistency and measurable quality across all of them.
what we did
9 custom AI Sprints. One cohesive journey called Excelenc.IA.
//01
Pre-sprint diagnostic with each department. Mapped real workflows, pain points, and AI maturity level. Each sprint was designed from scratch based on what the area actually does — not a generic curriculum.
//02
4-hour in-person workshops using Learning by Doing + Problem Based Learning. Participants worked with real tools — LLMs, copilots, automation flows, intelligent dashboards — applied to their own daily challenges.
//03
Post-sprint feedback loop with structured CSAT, applicability, and learning metrics. Starting from Sprint 2, Tera took ownership of all data collection to ensure consistency and governance.
the results
4 areas. 4 different realities. One consistent standard.
CSAT across all sprints — against an initial target of 80%

Perceived content applicability in Sprint 1 (HR) — highest across all sprints

"Learned something new" in Sprint 3 (Legal) — the most technically specialized audience
