A payments giant entering a new technological cycle.
Elo — one of Brazil's largest payment brands, with over 120 million cards issued — was repositioning itself as an AI-first technology company. With PIX, open banking, and digital wallets reshaping the competitive landscape, the company needed its strategic teams to think, build, and ship with AI.
The challenge wasn't access to tools. It was forming a culture where AI was a natural extension of how product, design, and innovation teams do their best work.
